Bakery Machinery Service Pty Ltd (BMS) has been providing bakery equipment to the Australian market for more than 25 years. Since 1988 they have manufactured and distributed the ‘John Willett Oven’ range throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region.

The John Willett Oven range, manufactured by Bakery Machinery Service, includes the Solitaire 1 x 457mm (18") tray per deck oven; the Space Saver 2 x 457mm (18") tray per deck oven; the Compact 316 and Compact 318 with 3 x 406mm (16") or 3 x 457mm (18") trays per deck; the Galaxy 16 and Galaxy 18 with 4 x 406mm (16") or 4 x 457mm (18") trays per deck; and the Big Bake with a capacity of 6 x 406mm (16") trays per deck.

The complete range is available with one to five decks. Options include glass inserts for the fully insulated doors, two steam systems including the patented Mk. 2 Live Steam Generator, ceramic tiles for the continental baker and a choice of crown heights. These options may be fitted to all or any of the decks.

Ease of use is enhanced with our digital controller. This unique controller allows the baker to dial up the time, temperature and top and bottom heat settings with all the settings displayed on large digital readouts. When the baking time is completed an audible alarm sounds and the time light flashes on the completed deck.
